Pretty straightforward if you have a puller to remove the stock harmonic balancer and about 2 hours work. The 8-10hp gain is pretty handy.

Both are $700+ items that are expensive to install unless you DIY.
Agreed to both points, + the DIY for headers and cams is not exactly the easiest job(s) to tackle. I'm guessing OP is new to this, so I would recommend the UDPs.

Short of boost, these suggestions are your only option. many of the other mods really just save weight, better the suspension, or make the car runnner smoother in general

Cams & headers are expensive up front but work well together, if you're looking for "bigger" mods to do.

I did my headers in my garage on jackstands, getting ready to do cams because I just bought some Cushman Motorsports Stage 1's. From what I've seen the cam install is pretty easy too. I do have almost $1500 in the two of those together, but I doubt this car will ever see a supercharger and I felt like the cams were the "finishing touch" for the car.
