A lot will depend on the rim offset. I think it will rub.

what rear gear are you using?

FWIW - the fastest n/a Coyotes seem to run 28" tires from what I've seen

Are you sure a 15 inch diameter wheel is going to fit?

Why would you want 30 inch tires? That's a crazy loss of overall gearing. I put 28s on my 2012 3.73 BBP, just to keep the car in 4th through the stripe but, 30 would drop you rpm into the high midrange at the stripe, slowing you down heavily, plus losing out at the front end because of turning such a tall tire.

the 15s fit fine on the rear of the GT. ended up going with a 28.5 tall tire. hemmed and hawed and thought the 30's just may rub. maybe next set. will see how the these do. will post a pic. later in the week. just dropped them off to be mounted today. Taller tire. I have raced a manual trans car for many years. And have found that the taller the side wall the more forgiving the launch is. I can tune for the tire so that Not an issue. I am Firm believer build up the drivetrain and suspension 1st then start stepping up the power. Got full adj suspension. Alum. driveshaft. on stock tires was 60ft 1.7s last year. On a stock Tune. Now im gonna start spraying 100 HP to start with building up to 200-250 hit. Hoping to see low 11's or even high 10's ?? Ive ran a best of 11.86 so far at an NMRA true street event last summer. my launch rpm atm is only 2800. with the new tires and some tuning hoping to get up to 4k launch. and a 1.5 or better 60 ft.

28 inches is plenty for what you are planning. You can't totally sack the gearing like that.

I was dead hooking at any rpm on my tuned 2012 on 28s, with 3.73s and an MT, giving 1.5 60s on the BBP suspension and bars.
