had the drivers side done last year, just got the passenger side done last month. yes, that's what the issue was. the propellant didn't act as expected and can cause an issue, taking the casing with it, that will cause damage. I can take pics of steering wheel and pass side, but honestly, they look like nothing was done.

Mine only mentioned the passenger side. It's possible the driver's side was done at some point before I bought the car.

I don't know what they did. They agree it looks bad but offered no solution. I was told Ford does not have any replacement Bullitt steering wheels and no other remedies. Incredible! Too bizarre for me to believe.

I've gotten several notices for my old 06, but have not taken it in yet. I really do not like someone else working on my car, and when I hear of things like what they did to your Bullitt, I cringe. I probably should take it in though....

Got mine done, took about 3 hours. The work was totally seemless, the dash has no signs of anything being taken off.

Was very pleased with the work the dealership did... Crossley Ford, Kansas City, MO

I just got an insurance quote for my 2000 Dodge Avenger ES, that's been
gone since 2009, AND at $200/mo for 6 months... I didn't pay anywhere
near that when I had it.

Still get letters that Dodge wants to buy back my Jeep, when they already
HAD it for a trade towards my Charger.

Still get Charger recall notices...

ALL of them, I get extended warranty coverage offers...
