Default 2007 Mustang GT drift car build newbie questions

Hey there- Just bought a nice, stock 2007 GT- Have a couple minor mods to do to set her up for some basic drifting and stunt driving- The 2 things I am having trouble locating are
1. A good under the seat fire extinguisher mount (I'm not super long-legged, so need to mount in passenger side since my seat is pushed pretty far forward) and
2. How the hell to install a tow hook/strap in the front- Right behind the bumper is the radiator that goes all the way past the frame- how does one get past that to secure a tow strap that is required by all sanctioning bodies on the skid pad?

Thank you very much in advance for your help!!!

#2, mount it to the crash beam in front of the radiator. Blowfish racing makes a bolt-on kit, most of the others are weld on and require cutting the bumper cover.
