Default Electrical Problems After Passenger Side Flooding

Hi,

I have done quite a bit of searching on these forums and the web in general and I haven't been able to get this sorted out yet.

A couple weeks ago I had about an inch and a half of water flood the passenger side after a lot of rain in California. I think my source of the flood was the infamous cowl rubber, that I took out which caused a large splash of water that was trapped. All this has left the car without any sign of electrical life (no power anything, won't start obviously).

I have tried changing out the smart junction box because most of what I have read online about similar problems say to do this. It did look to have a little water around the plug-ins on the SJB. But swapping in the new SJB didn't fix my problem and as of now most but not all of the fuses on my SJB won't light up when tested even though they aren't bad.

Any ideas of where I should look next? Thanks in advance for any help with this.
