What Else Would You Recommend???q
I just picked up a 2013 GT/CS. The owner did the following:
85 MM TB
Rousch Cat Back Exhaust
AEM Intake
Ford Performance Springs, lowered 1.5"
20 x 8.5 Shelby Rims
The car is a 6-spd Auto, with 3.15 stock gears. Not trying to get crazy or anything, but to get into the low 13's or high 12's would be fun!!!
Let me know and thank you for any advice!

Not sure as to why a gear swap to 373 would hurt the performance. Installing a torque convertor shouldn't create any issues and if there was they would have to prove it was directly related. I have never heard of anyone installing a torque convertor and then having issues. Is the car tuned? IM guessing it is with the TB. If so then you shouldn't be worried about warranty. To get into the 12s you need to add some torque
