More Boost
I am looking to up my boost in my 06 Mustang GT, but I am unsure of what other parts/upgrades i might need to make this happen. Here is my current setup
Procharger D1 head
Upgraded 800+ Innercooler
Forged Internals
80# injectors
0 Spark
Dual Gt40 Fuel Pumps
Slp Long tube headers
slp Catted x pipe
flowmaster mufflers
Suspension work
545 rwhp
I know i will need a pulley for the supercharger, maybe a 62mm throttle body, and from there i am stuck, let me know your thoughts. Im shooting for 650 rwhp.
thanks

I'd look to the heads & cams, definitely upgrade the valve springs, maybe port the heads, consider cam phase limiters. And if you end up pulling the heads, put in ARP studs (if they weren't already done when you did the forged internals).

Methanol injection is fine, I would use it primarily for cooling the intake charge to prevent detonation, rather than as an additional power adder.
As far as the heads/cams, let me clarify... I was suggesting the upgraded springs assuming you may be pushing higher RPMs given it's a centrifugal supercharger, but if you are keeping the RPMs at the stock redline then there is no need to change them out. Porting the heads is an expensive option, and to get to your goal of 650, is probably not required, but it would probably get you 50 HP more with a given pulley size.
