Have you ever experienced any problems with those kits, i.e. squeaks and rattles, rubbing causing paint scuffs, loose panels, etc? How long have the kits been on both stangs?

I have a 05 roush and the thing I really enjoy about it is the fact that here anyways I have the only one in the whole city. I have won 2 ford car shows with it already.. I really like the body works and exhaust. I get lots of compliments on it. Also my Roush s/c arrived today so my winter project is about to begin Yippppeee!!!!

Okay, have to put my $0.02 in! I think the Roush body kits are the ONLY good looking body kit. I think all the other body kits (Saleen included) take away from the retro styling the car is meant to have. I think Roush did a good job of keeping an early fastback look. I 100% agree about the hood scoop and I don't have one. I also agree with the damn Roush everywhere emblems and took most of mine off. My car IS NOT a Roush but everyone thinks it is because of the body kit. Roush should be paying me something for all the cars mine must sell for them...LOL

I wanted to build a unique car and tried to use what I thought was the best pieces to do it. I love the Roush body kit and interior seat package and that's what I have on my car. Everything else is a completely different animal. But I certainly don't look down on any GT owners and think those who do are idiots. I LOVE the fact people think my car is a Roush, cuz it's funny to see the look on their face (especially another roush) when they see my car run. (11.60's BTW) and in 4 weeks, it will be a 10 sec. street car.

The moral of the story is as fast as my car is, there is an old 5.0 beat-to-shXt looking at our shop that smokes my car...(9.90's) and a neon that smokes me too. So I think most people that think there car is better than anyone else's just because of a name on it probably never races it and just cruises around feeling froggy with themselves.

Just my $0.02

You put some wheels on that car it would look hot. The wheels just look too small on a roush imo.

The only problem I had with the blue one was after I was hit from behind, the bodyshop didn't install the side skirt very well. But I pulled it off and did it over. I've had it on the car since 01.

The yellow one isn't even finished. The body kit is on, but I want to finish the stripes but it's been too cold lately. The only problem with it has been the driver's side upper window scoop. It came loose once, and then about a month after fixing it, it came off on the highway. Cervini's gave me a free one to replace it though. I still need to get it painted.

The yellow one looks really sharp and unique, although the kit does give it a somewhat 'heavy' appearance. I never thought about what might happened if your stylized car was hit and they no longer sold the kit, though.

As for Roush's and Saleens, I love 'em.... used to pass them all the time when I had my 03 Cobra! [sm=smiley15.gif]

But my new 06 is still slow... [:'(]
