Default X-Cal 2 question

Hey all, I will be recieving my x-cal 2 within the next day or so. How should I go about setting up the 93 octane tune? Should I wait till I am down to half a tank of 87 then fill her up with 93 or wait till nearly empty then go with 93 octane?

also, same answer for going back to 87 tune?

run it down to 1/4 tank when switching to 93. i wouldn't do anything when going back to 87 tune since there is no danger of detonation with the 87 tune.

I'd like to run 93, but here in New Mex we only have 91, same tune though just not sure if it runs better with the 93...

My tuner gives me an option for 87, 91, and 93, so they must be different. timing must be changed slightly

the tuner I'm getting has 87 for better mileage, 87 performance, and 91-93 performance. If they have a 93 only tune, then that's cool...
