alright im trying to find out where i can get a new boot that covers the vert top when it is down. the one ford gives you sucks. i looked at rksport and classic design concepts and didnt find anything so if anyone knows where i could get one it would help out alot.

Good question. I will be waiting for someone to make us smart on this also. I ordered a vert and will need a nice boot as well.

This is my 3rd convertible.I don't mind the boot .
It goes on really quickly (a lot quicker than some others)
It looks decent,when installed tightly,doesn't change shape when warmed up by sunlight.

Boots from older stangs will NOT fit.

I have the boot, but don't bother with it the majority of the time because the roof folds up nicely tucked when it is down. I put the boot on for car shows and I think the factory boot looks great.

CDC and Saleen both make fiberglass rear covers, but neither are available to the public yet. We will have to wait for those.

The Saleen one should be available soon, because I am already seeing it on cars at the car shows.

To my knowledge, nobody else makes or has a boot alternative to the factory solution right now.
