Another exhaust thread....

I searched and all I can find are best sounding exhaust threads..... Not what Im looking for when modding a car, but anyways, does anybody here know which exhaust has the most gains?

And from what I've read, the C&L intake is the best one?

All the intakes are pretty good. Tunable induction, JLT, or C&L would be the ones I think are best.
