I'm looking at my original shopping list of mods that I have planned, and I just realized something.....I'm installing my Saleen supercharger soon, but it means I will have to scratch off any plans for installing a tower strut brace. There simply is no existing brace on the market that will stretch over the blower housing on the Saleen...and even if one does, it will keep the hood from closing (I hear the stock hood is pretty snug against the Saleen SC). So what I'm wondering is if anyone out there has ever heard of someone getting a custom tower strut brace made for their car. I feel this is the only way I will be able to get one under my hood once the charger is on, and I would really love to be able to benefit from the extra rigidity that I would get from having a brace installed. Any thoughts?
