Default Ordering, making sure I get the right stuff.

Ok, so after looking on these boards and what not, I am set on getting some mods... I want to get underpullies, whats the best brand? Also, i am thinking abuot getting this C&L AIR INTAKE WITH SCT X-CAL 2 2005/06 GT from Brensspeed. Also, I want to get some tune that allows me to use 93oct gas err makes it worth it i mean. Where is that? Or can i get that tune from the tuner i will have coming wth the C&L? Also, I will have another 1,000 or so to spend and I wanted some advice on what else i could that would add some power or looks. I dont really care. I am open to everything from lowering the car to adding power. I would love some ideas and even if they are over 1,000 that cool because i can just save up some money if it's worth it. Thanks for the advice guys.

I think most people on here will say Steeda for the U/D's now if you order the Steedas with the C&L w/SCT tune you not only get 10 bix off the pulleys but you'll get free shipping on them as well , and if I were you I'd take the extra grand and put it in the exhaust, you can prolly get a nice set of Hooker LT headers, and some nice axel backs as well!

Thanks for the heads up on that Saleen part... I assume that makes me more stable in turns etc? Does it lower any? And also, the one thing i LOVED about the new stangs is the smooth ride. I dont want to mess that up.

I think you'll be happy with the C&L/brenspeed combo...that's what I just installed and it is fantastic!
Brent will likly provide you with the 89, 91 & 93 tunes so just pick the appropriate one when you are ready.
I know there are lots of other combos and frankly all of the CAIs I've seen posted are good as long as the tune is good IMO.

from what I understand headers are good for about 24 RWHP and 33 RWTQ, that spec is pulled from Hooker Headers Long Tube site, pretty good gains for 600 bux! CLICK FOR HOOKERS (Headers Not Women lol)

I personally would go with the logntube headers for the power gains and the sound. I sort of wish I went with the long tubes and not the shorties but to make up for it i'll get the hi-flow cats.
