Default Roush Guys

Is there any roush people out there? If so I need help with info on a roushcharger for my 06 roush auto, people say they will never make one, others say the computer can now be flashed by roush for an auto. Also what would be my best bet for a supercharger other than the roush? Thanx

I have the 05 Roushcharger with an 06 flash- they had some minor plug fowling issues with mine, due to dealer error. They have the EPA compliant flash now.

I can't see what they could have done wrong during install. Instructions were pretty clear

The idiots screwed it up royally. THey left the cold air intake, which gave it more air than they had calculated, they neglected a fuel rail part, they put the wrong sized bolts in all over the place, it was really shoddy. We were lookign for vaccum leaks, and didnt find anything, and eventually just reinstalled the correct intake and that solved the problem. It does have me worried about my project car, a 67 im putting a crate motor in. I want to supercharge it, but I hope it wont be as finicky. But, that is the subject of another thread

Well I'm sure I'll catch heck as usual but why on earth would you want the roush s/c??? I am the first one to stand up and praise roush's styling but let's be realistic, their performance products are all show and no go and sub par at best. Why on earth would you spend over 6K (installed) for a s/c set-up that's only going to give you a measely 50-100 hp gain???? You can spend $2000 on a stock GT and it will be faster than a GT with the roush charger only and that's a fact....

I challenge ANYBODY with a roush s/c to post dyno charts showing RWHP before and after the s/c. I highly doubt I'll get any takers cause the results are pitiful for the money. Why not take less than 1/2 the money the s/c cost and get the better performance gains? If you're buying a stage 3 (STILL not available) for the specialty and limited factor then that's fine, but I can't see any other reason for dropping 6K for minor gains.

JMO...
