I was wondering what smog laws are like out here (I live in Marion County if that matters)...

Of course, the reason I'm asking -- I'm originally from California, where every mod is slowly becoming a felony lol

There are like 4 counties in the entire state that care.

Nobody in Marion cares. Indy Metro might say something about it just to scare you, but don't worry about it. They pulled me over for driving the speed limit when nobody else was.
