Henryville/Marysville Relief Cruise
This is the official thread of the Mustang Forums Indiana Regional Section relief cruise to the tornado devastated towns of Marysville or Henryville to volunteer and get some money flowing back into the area.
ALL CARS OF ANY TYPE ARE WELCOME (Mustangs lead the way, naturally haha)
I'm currently going to work on figuring out if Marysville will rebuild.
If Marysville is going to rebuild, I think that is where we should go. If they aren't, then we need to go to Henryville.
Date will me Saturday, March 10, 2012. If anyone knows a good meeting place in a town nearby, we'll meet there and the Mustangs will form up with other cars and we'll cruise in in formation.
Bring friends - bring anyone you can.
This is also open to members from other states.
Marysville is, according to the Clark County sheriff, "gone".

ill tell some friends to! its a haul for us over her but if it means driving our cars that we love and helping others...... its worth it!! all cars not just stangs?? or..... (although want to stay away from the douche bag MY chevy ford or dodge is better than yours BS)

Depending on when this was I'd be up for it. I can be flexible about when I'm over in Indiana anyway and this is a good cause. Hopefully we could convince a bunch of people to do it, that would make it an even better experience.

i think itll have to be a saturday or sunday but i think this early in the game we might not get as big of an outcome because ppl working but ill have to check my schedule first.... so far there is 4 of us that are wanting to show up for sure!! depending on the day chosen...
Monday i will work on getting a contact down there and maybe plan on spending some money down there(restaurant or whatever, thats why id like to get in touch with somebody down there cause an article i read made it seem like there were a few places still standing) or bringing a pair of gloves and help clean up for an hour, two, or whatever...???
