Default Cars and Dice Show (Lake Charles)

Hey everyone
one of my buddies in another club is organizing a very large car show in lake charles to raise money for the gulf coast. so far he has heard that 350-500 bikes and 250-400 cars are supposed to come! also good guys is supposed to be there to hand out their own awards! heres his description of the event and the fliers for it. it would be awesome to see some of yall come out for the show!!! if you guys have any questions just PM me. also, if there are any baton rouge people, let me know if you want to cruise over with me!!

from bobby thornton:
"On August 28, The Isle of Capri will be holding it's first annual Cars and Dice car show at the Isle of Capri Casino. All proceeds will be donated to charity, and it looks like early bird registration will be $20 and registration at the door will be $30.

Every car, truck or bike is welcome, no matter what!

There will be 15 classes, with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each class with awards for all of them. Additionally, there will be a Best in Show and a People's Choice award given. Classes are listed below:

1.) 1949 and before
2.) 1950-1959
3.) 1960-1969
4.) 1970-1979
5.) 1980-1989
6.) 1990-1999
7.) 2000 +
8.) Mustangs (All years)
9.) Corvettes (All years)
10.) MOPARS (All years)
11.) Imports (All years)
12.) European (All years)
13.) Trucks
14.) Sport Bikes
15.) Cruising Bikes

Vendor info:

As soon as I get the logo, I will be contacting vendors. As I sign them up, I will be posting who has committed to attending the show.

We are also organizing a battle of the bands for entertainment and have already received a GREAT response - we should have some really good bands playing all day long.

I have talked to several car clubs, just floating the idea by them, and it looks as though we could very easily ALREADY have over 100 cars coming to the event. My goal is to make it 250 or more and turn this into the largest car show in Louisiana.

I am setting up a hotel room block of about 100 rooms that will have a special discounted weekend rate, so we can give that information out as well."
