Default lookin at a mach

There is an 04 blue mach 1 5 speed at a local car lot. It has 33000 miles, bone stock.. .... its in greatttt shape. Its a verrry clean car. The only thing is that its a salvage title car. It was a factory reject. Being as my GT is a clear title car.. how do ya'll think I should try to trade?

I'm thinking my car and no more than 3000 dollars.

and anyone know where you can get 17x10.5 mach 1 wheels at now?

I'm thinking trade straight up, since the Mach has a salvaged title.

What are they asking for it?

I'm sure the dealership will still try to get top dollar for this car even thou it has a salvage title.Dont let them low ball you to much with your ride.I know for sure how it works, they kind of screwed me when i traded my 01 gt in on my new 04 Mach.

I love my mach and am glad i did the trade,so if you really like the car and you get a good deal.I'D GO FOR IT!!!!

17x10.5 mach wheels can be bought from AFS
You have to e-mail or call them and be put on a waiting list, because they are on back order for probably close to 2 months...
$441 shipped for the 2 rear 10.5 wheels, not too bad

Well I test drove the mach I was talking about. Its azure blue... bone stock.

The car has a salvage title but it is sooooo clean... Everything is straight.. it looks to be alot better car than mine and mine is a clear title car.

I think I can trade for my car + $3000 and I get to keep my boston acoustics components + system in the trunk. My Gt has 4.10s and we agreed that I could just swap rear ends if I want to.

I'll find out something for sure this week but I think i'm going to do it. I'm ready for something different anyway.

I love the car.. but not sure about the color... I just can't decide.

I could reallllllllllllllllly use a carfax if someone has a monthly thing going

I'm thinking either the afs 17x 10.5s in the back.. the wheel vintiques magnum 500s... 17x8 and 17x11 or some pro stars...

18 inch saleens would look good i think too

Quick, first off,I think you've got a really nice lookin' rig there. Tough lookin' car!

But I would definitely get a handle on that slavage title. Not a deal breaker necessarily, but worthy of investigation. There are routinely threads in O/T about Carfax's. It's a must.

What are the particulars of your car - mileage, year model, mods, etc?

Thanks man....

Its an 03 GT ... 52000...
full length headers... prochamber..
frpp 4.10s.. bbk springs..
17x9 and 10.5 fr500 replicas.. nitto 245s ****tytomo 315s.
sct tune.. k&n intake

runs 8.7s in the 8th

but anyways.. I've pretty much decided against it. I just can't make myself like faded out azure blue. Plus i'm not much on givin boot for a salvage title car...

Did find a procharger setup tonight for mine for $2300 though!

Yeah but I wont have those sweeet *** seats and it won't turn 7500+ rpm []

And My hood don't wiggle either! []

But... $2300 aint bad.. met the guy at beech bend raceway... He's got it on a non pi motor and just aint happy with how it runs. He says it has about 26000 on the blower..
