Default Taking the Mach in for warrenty work

Here's my list so far at only 14,3xx miles:

1. The initial moment I press the gas I get a bucking/jerking/bogging feeling.

2. Noisy A/C

3. C-Pillar

4. Ticking engine

5. Pulls left

6. While turning the car on, it almost sounds as if it’s slowly arising from the dead.

7. When I let off the gas, it sometimes bucks/jerks/bogs.

8. Lower rpm bucking/jerking/bogging

9. Constant beeping sound after music/lights has been on for a little while.

Oops sorry I copied and pasted that from microsoft word but damn sometimes I feel like my Mach is a lemon. So many issues with it and only 14,300 miles on it? Have any of you guys gotten warrenty work done on a car with modifcations done? There's nothing I can do about my exhaust but my JLT rai is on there and looking at all the pieces of the stocker REALLY turns me off. Also I'm missing the little piece that holds the stock heat shield/filter housing into the fender wall/body/whatever its called lol, it's like a little metal ring with two bigger size rubber washer like things on both sides of that metal ring, making it look almost like a yo-yo. There's a picture as an attached file, shows you what im talking about. But damn I'm getting tired of this thing running like death owns it. It was running AWEFUL today... maybe the heat had something to do with it (close to 110 degrees with heat/humitidy index) so I dunno...

Anyone have any thoughts? Anything I should have checked out close to the 15,000 mile mark?

Well I just took the JLT off and put the stocker back on and ugh what an ugly alien piece of junk. I just bought2 "fender"washers from lowesand put one on each side so that should do the trick enough.. but it's still running pretty crappy. Alot of people were giving me crap for taking an ever so slightly modded car to get warrenty work done so I was just thinking mainly to get my c-pillar on the passanger side as I don't seem to have one and some other minor stuff that has nothing to do with exhaust.
