Breakin the sound barrier
Ok Ive not really explored this part of the forums but since I found a specific mach area Im hoppin in. So the deal is live Ive posted in the 2005-2008 and the 4.6 modular section, I got an 07 V6 automatic. Was my first car and first stang ever, loved it to death but well I need/want more power. I found an 03 Mach 1 for 18k down here at a lincoln dealership. Dont ask me how or why it ended up there but it did. So im trading in the sixxer for this bad boy. Took it for a test drive today, sat the dealer down good and firm.

Very nice! Mine is the same color. I think I replied to one of you other posts about getting a a Mach. Welcome to the Mach section, everyone here seems to be really laid back and helpful. You're gonna love your new baby, totally different animal than your six.

Nice Mach1, its a totaly new animal from your 6er, wish my ***** grew six incher when i got mine lol, Might just be me but it looks like it has after market chrome Mach wheeels on it not the original polish aluminum.

The only aftermarket parts it has is a new K&N air intake. I kinda laughed at the irony cause thats the only mod mine has and heres a car im gonna get with the exact same mod. Thnx for the props on that salesman, make fun of a mustang will you? Not on my watch. Hell ya im gonna love it, i nearly humped it when i saw it.

welcome to the squad, i was in your shoes last summer, jumped from a 6 to the mach lol, thefirst time i took it out for a test drive i pushed the pedal hard like i did in my six, BIG mistake, needless to say i started takin off in second around town, lol the salesman looked at me and was like, you know your starting in second right?
