RE: brakes and shaker
yeah i have been looking at the hawk b/p's. the question about the shaker was probably a confussing one. i have owned a 66 stang and and 88 lx 5.0 and a 03 gt. when i got the mach i was unexperienced with the setup. i havent seen a kit for sell but i saw a picture of a mach and in the caption the guy said he raised the shaker up using a kit to make it stick up in the air stream better. i just wanted to know if anyone knew anything about that kit. i really don't want to spend money on something just to make it look good. i want hp gains.

RE: brakes and shaker
if you want power gains you should do the intake spacer wont gain a lot of HP but most ppl get more than 10-15 tq and it increases it within the whole RPM range. as far as brakes go go to rotorpros.com send the guy an e-mail and you can order new rotors and pads for a good price plus you can get slotted, dimpled, drilled or any combo. i got them for the front and about to order the rears to match here is what they look like

on the intake spacer.
what MOST people dont understand is that hp/tq numbers are good, gravy/ whatever. but its where the torque is, how long it stays there, power under curve is MORE IMPORTANT than peak numbers...this is how our machs can play and hang with the LS1 cars
