I don't know of any places that sell them. You have basically two options.
You can go with the vinyl tint from autobadges or stangmods and have the option to remove them later on or you can go with VHT nightshade. The nightshade is a spray on tint. IMO you have to take your time with the VHT and clear it after in order to make it glossy.

+1 what he said you can get your tail lights tinted like my roommate did or get the blackout vinals like i did they work just the same here is a pic of mine you can't even really tell its a vinal as long as you take your time and make sure you dont get any bubbles
