RE: Throttle body
I would personally stay away from either. So many people have had high idle problems with them both (Especially BBK), however there have been a few with the accufabs that seem to be ok. Realistically you will only get about 3-5hp (thats pretty generous) from the accufab unless you have headers, cams, worked heads, and better intake- and even then they are modest gains. I would put my money elsewhere and maybe freshen up your stocker with some minor PP work and smoothing (thats what I did)...probably didnt get crap from it but it helped me sleep that night lol.

RE: Throttle body
well you already have the K&N FIPK, if you add the throttle body and the intake spacer you might see a good gain, but the car might lean out a bit, I think if you were to tune that setup it would really show a good improvement.

RE: Throttle body
I can get a good deal on a Accufab TB for just under a 100 used and i think i'm going to get me a tuner and try to play with is a bit myself. I started modding and now i'm a damned addict!

RE: Throttle body
I would pick up the TB for that price. I would also spend the $100 on the intake spacer. If you do get a tuner, bring it to a tuner that knows what they are doing. I wouldn't start playing around with the settings.

RE: Throttle body
yep def get an intake spacer! good for around 10 tq, and a few ponies throughout the curve. easy to install mod that actually has provided consistent gains on cars. PM roy on the registry, or order one from www.paulshp.com
