Go to Sct's site and read the directions for installing the tune, Trying to install the tune is the only way to know whats in it. Most tuners will not work with an aftermarket tune. If it lets you install the SCT tune it was stock, if not it has some kind of a tune in it. Thats basically the only way to find out. Chances are if it ran Nitrous it's not stock, probably had some timing taken out and added a little extra fuel. This would help explain it lack of top end.

Okay so I was correct about the SCT accepting it or not accepting it. Thx for chiming in for the advice regarding the typical changes with the nitrous. Nitrous = lil less timing + lil extra fuel. That's my something new learned for today.
