Smile INSANELY LOUD EXHAUST

I want INSANELY LOUD Exhaust on my Mach 1 because I only drive it occasionally.

Currently, I have stock headers, an X-Pipe, and Flowmaster Dumps.

I would like to add the Bassani Mid-Length Headers and matching offroad X-Pipe because they can be installed without pulling the engine out, just jacking it up a bit.

I am undecided on whether or not to get the Borla Stinger Catback or just finish off with Bassani Catback?

Will this be an extremely loud setup?

Extremely loud = O/R X and SLP LM1's

They will be ridiculously loud but it won't have much tone. I would rather have tone than volume. Just something to think about.

Sounds like a machine gun like I said before haha. The novelty would wear off.

I have a full Bassani setup, mid length headers, no cat x-pipe, Bassani cat-back, and Damn is it loud. My friend has the same except slp cat-back, Slp's might be a touch louder but the Bassani has a way better sound, Slp sounds more like straight pipe.

Cool Tone VS Loud

So speaking tone-wise, does the setup I've described sound good? What might you change about it?

I'm running an O/R X and a Mac Catback, and it's deafening doing a flyby, but sounds amazing. I've looked into Borla, but I can't get past the boat sound at low RPM.

Any O/R pipe + LM1's are going to be unpleasantly loud. Especially at highway speeds, I can only imagine how loud those things get in the cabin.

BTW, check out this setup. This is what I want to run someday when money allows. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zswnDsKdMz0

Had o/r H with LM1s. Very loud under acceleration. The main problem is that between approx. 1800 and 2200 rpm is that raspy shotgun sound, the reason I changed was because it did this under normal easy acceleration every time after every light. Had the same intentions as you, wanted insane loudness. Just got old. Now have the Flowmaster Super 44s, one of the more aggressive chambered muffs. Perfect IMO, even sounds great at idle and has a load of sound but with a sweet tone. Don't know if this thread will help ya or confuse ya because thier are a million combos to choose.

Forgot one...you may want to check out some clips of SLP LM2s. Same as LM1s (straight pipe) but with a thin fiberglass case around it to lower the raspiness.
