I am so close to pulling the trigger

Dude you got me feeling like crap now! I know all about bills...ugh! I gave the o/r h to a friend. Don't get mad....it really wasn't doing good. The rear would not stop dropping. I think it had seen alot of miles. The manifold studs were tight and all, but nothing seemed to help it out. I think a good stainless steel one would've held up better. I think our cars need an additional mount for the rear of the midpipe, alot of weight for the manifold bolts and catback bolts to hold up, especially as the car dips up and down on the road. Oh well. Man, I'm telling you....the LM1s are the bomb with the stock midpipe you have.

Thats the damn truth rygi. No where near enough support for the mid-pipe. Mine (SLP) has sagged since day one! It needs a support where the cat-back and mid meet.
I had a UPR on my last Mach, and I have to say it stayed in position like it's supposed too.

what i am see is the people putting the X pipes are hating the sound...the X are naturally raspy where as the H pipes ( like ours) give more of a tone to it....either way i think im stuck on the O/R H +LM1's

I like the Mac Catbacks with either the ORX or ORH.

Rebel, from what I've read, an O/R pipe coupled with a straight thru exhaust results in a loss of low end torque, with good gains up top. The spacer is supposed to help, as do gears (4.10s) with regaining the lost low end.. I have only read about this, I've never witnessed it on a dyno or anything. Something to think about.
