Take a terry cloth rag and some wd40 and scrub, wash it with carwash and water, repeat as many times as it takes. If that doesn't work you can use brake cleaner but that's a last resort, if you leave it on to long it will give your clear coat a white hazy look you'll have to use some polishing compound to get out. And go to the quarter car was next time and blast em off after the track clean car man.

Rebel- You can also use Turtle wax bug and Tar remover.
I'm **** about what hits my cars paint, and even though WD40 is somewhat harmless, I wont' use it. After using the bug and tar, put a nice coating of wax, and follow up with a spray detail.
BTW- Use microfibers, they will pull most of the rubber off, with enough rubbing. Good luck!

the only thing that touches my car is microfiber and dirt.....now that i have a ton of light on my car OMG it will be getting a polishing compound saturday pending rain or shine
