mach intake in a gt
Hello, I know how the Mach 1 community is about the shakers but I do like them and I am upgrading my 2002 Mustang GT and I am going install the Mach 1 hood and shaker if it will work. The first web site is the intake for the shaker. The second is the shaker.

Can my 2002 GT use the intake and shaker. I do not want the CDC shaker or aftermarket hood. I am going to keep all of my GT emblems on my car, I dont want anyone thinking I am telling people I have a Mach when I dont. I just love the look of the shaker. I know you get almost no horsepower from it. Thank-you.

i dont see why it wouldnt...but from what I can understand is that you dont need the intake tube from your TB to air filter housing.
i would get just the shaker scoop and ducting and cut a hole in your stock filter housing....but retain the stock rubber intake tube to the TB
i may be missing something but as far as i know the Mach and the GT filer housing is the same, except the Mach has a hole for the shaker tube.
