hello im new to the site , great site by the way, and i know this has prob. been ask before but im hopfully picking up an 03 mach 1 soon and was wanting to know what all parts i will need to throw a eaton off a 03-04 cobra? I was giving the eaton(only) from a friend.

and also how much NOS can the stock motor handle before and after the install?

Forget about adding nitrous(not NOS) after an Eaton, you can do a stage 1 ported Eaton on the stock block or a 3.45 or 3.1 pulley on the stock Eaton but both are kinda pushing it. List of parts are in the link in my sig.

A good shop, which has dont it before if possible, and a great tuner will also be necessary. These two can be the difference between a reliable streetable car and a sack of problems. Dont know much about your car, but i hope its been well taken care of.
