Sorry to hear about that. Maybe you could part it out? Block and tranny I'm guessing are still good.

What is all done to it mod wise?

Eh, block is fine, tranny is great, rearend just serviced, the body and interior look great, it just has CAI, O/R x-pipe, dark tint, Blacked out taillights, and flowmaster catback. It has 92k on it. No way I'm parting it out, ne idea on what I can get out of it around here with the head tick, or what they are going for without a tick? Maybe I will lose less money just having the work done.

Well I have recently have seen two Mach 1s on craigslist around here going for $12,500 and $14,000 and with the tick you won't get near that.

Hmmm so I could prbly get 12k fixed around here easy tho huh? I figure might get 8k with the tick, I guess maybe I'm going to be out less money if I just get it fixed... Those numbers sound reasonable est. to you?

I'd take it somewhere else. Both heads don't need to be removed.

Hey Fur thank you very much. I had done headwork on my old 5.0 and it was simple and I was told by this shop and another that I can't just do one when I asked because they said something about it causing higher compression on one side that would throw the motor off balance which made no sense to me. I feel like I was getting suckered, but maybe not, these heads are above me.

The Shop Inc is not "suckering" you.
