Default im new - help; 00' or 04 mach1

Hi, I'm new to these forums.. just joined.. been here a lot tho looking at pics and reading posts but..

I've been in love with the 03-04 mach 1 since they came out.. but i never really had a job or anything to buy a good car like this for it. I'm moving to Cali with my sister and she has some money. We have been talking a little about cars and i mentioned to her about mustangs how im crazy about them. so my question is here.

Money might be a issue but eh.. bare with me

00-01 mustang v6 or v8 doesn't matter.. just saying that bcus its cheap and can find a decent used one around the LA area.. or should i keep looking for the 03-04 mach 1.. its a rare and beautiful car nonetheless.. Ive used auto trader and criags list for the past 4months looking at the price range so im asking for some help here..

if you can afford it & find it pick up urself a 03-04 cobra... yeah i said it. Nuthan beats a termi.
But in all seriousness look into a cobra
..... then after i'd look at a Mach 1. Man only if i could redo over my choice. O well lol. Good luck and welcome to MF. Read around, you'll learn alot here. All depends really on your budget man.

It sounds like they might 'share' the car, since they're probably going to live together for a while.

I like the Mach 1, and if you can afford- get one. I don't know what current prices are. Check out edmunds.com for pricing information.

Theres a big difference in price between a 00-01 V6 or GT. The V6's for those years fall somewhere in the range of 2-4k, while the GT can vary from 4-7k. All depends on miles, but that is what i'm used to seeing. Now, if you want a Mach 1, even an 03, for that much, well then it better have 130k+ miles on it. Mach 1's usually range from 10-15k dollars, Let alone a terminator with 50k miles goes for 17-19k dollars.

So, what i'm saying is to be smart and get what you can afford. But most importantly, know what you're buying please?!?!
