Default Buying new clutch and need personal experience advice

I am replacing my clutch soon and need to know if I should just get OEM replacement or the Fidenza Clutch($279) on AM or have a better clutch in mind? Also, they recommend a new clutch quadrant and cable as well as re-surfacing or replacing the flywheel... What are your thoughts?

whenever you get a new clutch you should either get a new flywheel or resurface the old one. a new quadrant isn't as important but i would recommend the upgrade anyway. the stocker is pretty flimsy. as for the cable, keep the OEM one. no need to replace that unless it isn't working properly.

I've heard that resurfacing the flywheel can reduce the lifespan of the new friction disk... seems counter intuitive, but then again I trust the guy who told me this... any thoughts?
