Good air tomorrow, can't resist the track!
Yeah well I had no intentions on going to the track tomorrow. Then the wife asked during a delicious steak dinner if I was was going. Then I thought how it's supposed to be nice and cool tomorrow. Then I thought hell yes I'm going so here I am cleaning the JLT as I do before every trip. The swap meet going on will limit passes, but I simply can't pass up a day with great power-making potential. It really does make a difference. Despite my best 60's, I missed beating my best ET last time because the temp and DA were both higher. The high temp is supposed to be 47, but colder in the a.m. Taking the conditions into consideration, I set an ET goal every time I go to the track. My ultimate goal this time is a 12.09, though I'll be happy with a new best of 12.14. Track will be cold so consistent mid 1.6 short times may be a challenge. We'll see how it goes. I'll update tomorrow.

Well chit guys I don't know if I should be elated or peeeooood. Among other 12.1s and 2s and a couple bum runs, I ran my ultimate goal of 12.09 dead on along with my best 60' and MPH......
60'..........1.661
330'.........5.009
1/8 mi......7.745 @ 90.12
1000 ft....10.102
1/4 mi.....12.092 @ 113.45
Here's the kicker, I threw this all-time-best 60'/330' in the trash by somehow getting carried away and missing 4th gear. Oh what might've been.
60'..........1.608
330'........4.980
ARGH!!!!!!! Here's the only run I managed to get on video. My camera crapped on me with two different sets of batteries so luckily my cousin was down there to film one for me. It's a 12.192 @ 113.34. The nice thing is that it's a solo run so it's easy to hear the burnout, launch, shifts, and exhaust tone. Enjoy and turn it up!

Thx man. I think it would've been lower 12.0s but who knows. I rarely miss a gear other than 2nd because of a lockout problem. To do it on my best short time just really made me mad when i got my timeslip.
