bogging issue continues

Hey guys before I take my car to the ford dealership to have it inspected, but I sense my cars issue is something very stupid. The history behind it was a woman owner who did nothing, but oil changes. The car at first was bogging a lot.. almost felt like it was driving on 7 cylinders.. I swapped out the intake filter, fuel filter, spark plugs and the motor bogging/7 cylinder feeling decreased by 80%. Under load usually uphill or any where from 3000-5000 rpm WOT the car still has that issue and you could see the shaker moving left to right. Would it be my fuel pump? I even went through 3 fuel injector cleaning sessions and still no sign of improvement. NO CEL or anything whatsoever and no mods.. bone stock with 91 octane only and 72k miles. What are symptoms of a bad fuel pump? Anything else you guys suggest? The fuel filter was very dirty.. literally black **** was dripping out with the left over gas. I mean the car still pulls hard.. I rocked my friends s2000, but during that race the car was doing what Im trying to fix.. super annoying!

ok, i fought mine for 3 mnths and tried just about everything. it ended up being the fuel rail pressure sensor. put a fuel press gauge on her and c if u are getting alot of bubbles in the relief hose of the gauge. u can only get the part from ford and its about $130. hope this helps!

I already replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor. The fuel pressure was 33-35 during idle and we didn't see bubbles. Didn't make a difference. Ive notice the car runs better before it actually fully warms up. I have a gut feeling its the booties on the coils when it gets too hot.
