I need to rebuild my powerplant in the 04 mach. I can take it apart and use the same block, just inspect and hone the cylinders, etc., and I understand that the crank is forged so that can be used again (or should i get a new one?), but ill get new pistons, connecting rods, cams, gaskets and what else? spark plugs injectors and the like are a given, but do I use the same heads? what's the right way to start this project? Should i just buy a crate motor?
