Where to find a hood?
Is there anywhere left to find a mach hood? MPS wants over 800 for just the hood, OEM fords I see on Ebay for 1300+, and the only repros i can find are carbon fiber for 850+.
Ive got the shaker assembly, and need to find a hood for it. why doesnt anyone repro these?? figure you guys would know better then anyone.

Just did some checking. Found an old thread on Mach1Registry wherein somebody mentioned buying a decent quality fiberglass hood through RockAuto.
Sure enough, they have one for $314

I called RockAuto. They are new reproductions.
I hope you have the rubber tray that goes around the shaker. Ford stopped making it and the last time I priced one, it was $300 from Ford.
