Default New Mach with bad problems

Alright the title is a bit misleading, it's a new to me Mach 1. 2004 Screaming Yellow Mach with 5 speed. 36k miles, and full bolt ons minus blower.

I had it two months and within that time I replaced the short throw shifter(someone decided to shorten it even further by cutting the threads off), wheels and tires (ones from the dealership were unbalanced and cupped), the clutch was replaced along with the clutch pressure plate and the fly wheel resurfaced, whilst in the shop I had them do the brakes as well. Shortly after that I had to take it back in to have the rearend pinion bearing replaced. And shortly after THAT I had the driveshaft rebalanced.

After all that I still had a bad vibration at 55mph+ (best I can describe it is like driving over a speed strip like those by toll booths) but it only occurred in fifth gear when letting off the gas or putting it in neutral. After several months I've noticed it now does it in 3rd/4th/5th when letting off the gas or putting it in neutral. I've noticed the sound goes away when in neutral and pushing it towards any gear (though not to the point it grinds the gear). I've also noticed the brakes "click" when rolling back out of a driveway. And my clutch pedal rattles like crazy.

I've also found out the front end wrecked but thankfully the frame was straight. Hence why I have a gt grill.

Needless to say I have no idea what's wrong with this thing and it's getting very frustrating. At $18k in purchase price (with trade in) and $5k in repairs I could have a fairly new low miles gt...

Have you checked the wheel bearings yet?

Although honestly it sounds like you got a poorly repaired Mach. Hopefully you can get it so the car is to your liking.
