Mustangjake4.6

Ive been having a problem with a hesitation while accelerating. I notice it in the 2000-3000k RPM range. If I ease into the throttle I can get through but on harder accelerations it has a hard time getting through then runs wild after 4k. Plugs, coils, fuel filter, and egr valve has been replaced. The car does have a tune since it has cams and full exhaust.

Am I missing something or should I adjust the timing on the tune? Haven't messed with it much so I am unsure. I appreciate the input from all! TX
