Default NCCAutocross Points Event #8 10-29 in Manassas, VA

NCC Autocross would like to announce our 8th and final points event of the year on October 29th, 2011. It will be held at:

Old Dominion Speedway
10611 Dumfries Road
Manassas, VA 20112

You can register online, ahead of time, and get a discount. Online registration is highly encouraged! Or, if it’s a last minute decision, you can still walk-up. But please, if you're going to come, register online. Plus it'll save you $5! Registration closes 11:59 PM on Thursday, October 27th, 2011.

Online Registration (BMWCCA Member): $30.00
Online Registration (Non-Member): $35.00
Walk-up Registration (BMWCCA Member): $35.00
Walk-up Registration (Non-Member): $40.00

The NCC Autocross program uses a BMW-centric customized classing structure which pits your BMW or MINI against similar performance models in 3 levels of trim: Showroom, Tuner, and Modified. There is also a simple classing structure for non-BMW competitors. You can check out the full details at

Our program is beginner friendly, offering in-car instruction, guided course walks, and a dedicated group of organizers who are happy to answer any questions you might have or show you the ropes. Also, there are free loaner helmets available for use, so if you don't have your own helmet there is no need to go out and buy or rent one just to get a few fun runs in!

Default UPR @ MIR World Cup Finals THIS WEEKEND!

Once again, UPR Products is sponsoring the US Army World Cup Finals at Maryland International Raceway this weekend! We will be on site with ridiculously low show-pricing on all of our products, and championship winning tech support for anyone who needs it. The weather forecast is 60 degrees & dry, and MIR is KNOWN for world class track prep, so look for records to fall this weekend for sure!

The 16th Annual U.S. famous Import vs. Domestic battle for the World Championship will take place at Maryland International Raceway on Saturday & Sunday, November 5-6, 2011. The World Cup Finals features a custom car show, bikini contest, a huge vendor midway, DJs, live bands, and of course import vs. domestic drag racing! With over 10,000 people in attendance every year the WCF has become a event phenomenon on the east coast!

Over 600 drag racers compete ever year in eleven different classes to bring you side by side action of every type of genre in drag racing with the top cars from virtually every sanctioning body and series in the country! Forget the trash talking, it's time to prove that these drivers has got what it takes, with each side putting their reputation and egos on the line!

In the middle of the pit area is a huge custom car show that attracts over 500 beautiful cruisers, classics, hot rods, tuners, low riders, and exotics every year. The action in the car show on Sunday will be lit up all day by photographers snapping photos of flashy cars and beautiful women.

Plus, one of the biggest attractions at the World Cup Finals is the famous bikini contest also held on Sunday with models strutting their stuff on the main stage! Also, be sure to check over 2000' of vendors on the vendor midway. You'll find all kinds of parts, accessories and other items for your Import and Domestic needs at year end prices!

Saturday of the WCF event will be for racing time runs and qualifying only, and the vendor midway. The main event will be on Sunday with eliminations, the custom car show, vendor midway, bikini contest, DJs, live music and more! So be sure not to miss the 16th Annual World Cup Finals on November 5-6th, it is going to be epic!

Default Round Up In Smithfield II (Charity Car Show in Smithfield, Virginia)

Date: Saturday May 12th, 2012
Time: 9am - 3pm
Place: Historic Main Street in Smithfield, Virginia
Cost: $20 (Pre-Register by May 5th) or $25 (Day of Show)

On May 12, 2012 the Town of Smithfield will again close historic Main Street and fill it with Mustangs. You are invited to be part of this annual event which includes fun, food, music, shopping, a farmers market and much more.

The show runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Registration begins at 9:00 AM and all cars must be in place by 11:00 AM.

This will be a Top 75 show with Specialty Awards. Dash plaques will be given to the first 100 registered cars.

Pre-registration is $20.00 per car if registered and paid by May 5. After May 5 the registration fee will be $25.00.

This event is being hosted by Peninsula Mustang Enthusiast and the Town of Smithfield with all proceeds benefiting the Children’s Hospital of the Kings Daughters (CHKD).

I know I won't be, I have a wedding that weekend and memorial day weekend.

Also, this weekend is NMRA at MIR.

Just got back. They should rename the damn thing "Mustang Weekend." I saw more of them than anything else lol.
