They obviously just cant pass you if you fail a mandated thing. Like with my O/R pipe i have MIL eliminators so i get no rear 02 light. So as long as there is no CEL they will pass me. I imagine its October, but when is it up for it?

Well first of all does it have cats, if yes you should pass no problems as long as you have your O2 sensors turned on, and have no check engine lights. Now my buddy owns a station in mass, so I won't be able to help you unless your car is registered in Mass.

Hey thank you anyways, I really appreciate the fact that you would help me at all. I do have a couple answers & questions and they are:

Answers:
1) Yes I have BBK Hi-Flo Cats, but their not installed there in the box. The area underneath the car in the exhaust system where they go I have a section of straight pipe installed where they would normally be.

2) I have an SCT SF3 and the car has been flashed and tuned previously.

Questions:

1) If my check engine or any other lights or malfunctions aren't on or showing error - will the car pass emissions?

2) I'm sure this question is going to come down to that "it depends which garage you go to for an inspection," but I figured I would ask the question anyways: If I show up with the hi flow cats in the box and show the garage that I have purchased the part will they pass me ? Or due to my car and its computer showing no abnormalities will that not even be a factor because when they test for emissions will I be all-set anyways??

Any input or your opinion in for this one would be greatly appreciated even if you do not agree with something or everything that I have said.

Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you guys and gals ~~~~~~~~ Craig

If you have a CEL, or your rear O2's are turned off you WILL NOT PASS

So just because you dont have a CEL, doesnt tell the whole story.

If you show up at the garage and the OBDII check comes clean, they would have to have a stick up their *** not to pass you for the visual piece.
