I went (Black mustang GT with 97 Cobra wheels)
Track s**** real bad. Traction is aweful.I did 2 runs and called it quits.
20 buck for these s***** condictions is a rip off ( Thanks NHRA )
They better fix that issue or attendance will be worst than last year.

If you had a AWD or FWD car you where good.
RWD forget it...I was fish tailing down the whole track where I had to let off.(Both Runs)

Very Disappointed with the first night.So werent my buddies with their Mustangs.

So if youre heading up Friday..Get ready to be disappointed with the track and your times.

I've been out of state and just got back. I'll have to go up, christen the season, and report.

Remember, the Street Nights were never known for good track prep. This month is your chance for Test & Tunes on Saturday and Sundays. After Easter, the Points series starts on Sundays and events of various types compete on Saturday with T&T.....

Repzard, don't be discouraged completely. Street Nights can leave you with a WTF feeling sometimes. And next time you have trouble downtrack, stop and report it to the guy at the top of the return road. Use the word "unsafe" and "something on the track" and get their attention.

Im getting 2 Nitto NTO5R DR Tires, those should help the traction!

Oh no doubt on the DRs !!!
I was running Z Rated street tires.
Ran them last year and I hooked up much better than this year.

Trust me !! The track is pretty bad , But who know it could be better over time with Funny car events.

Im going up there tonight with a buddy (He has a 99 GT he was there with me on Wensday Night) but he running his 68 Corvette Roadster tonight so I figure Id go with him to spectate and maybe hook up with some MF member and chat if anyone is going there tonight..if so I will look you up.

I will have my Mustang jacket on
