hey guys my name is Sam and I'm new to the forum. I just bought a 2011 5.0 a few months ago and I want to get a exhuast for it. I called this custom exhaust shop and he said all I need is an axle back because the car already has 2 1/2 inch pipes. I was thinking of going with the SLP loudmouth because i really want something loud. any other suggestions please ???

First off, you wont get a lot of response from the Mass section, have a mod move this to the 5.0 area.

I can tell you what sounds good for my 3v, syndicatez can tell you whats good for his 2v, but it doesnt matter to you.

Go youtube some videos to get an idea of how each setup sounds.

better chances at getting an answer in your respective area...but S197 said it right...go to you tube, have some good headphones handy and listen to what sounds best for YOU, the SLP Loudmouth I setup is great, there are also many others...just depends on what you like and how deep your pockets are

Or, even better than the youtube idea, is find out where some mustang meets happen and go there.

You can listen, IN PERSON, to what sounds best. That's really the best way to go about it man

i'm still tryna find the right fit for me lol...thinkin of switchin to boom tubes...heard it in person and LOVE it compared to what i have now...still gunna do the ARH long tube with H pipe tho
