They are not concerned with what you owe the Bank, that's your problem. So they give you 12, and your bank still wants 20 (or whatever from you).

Ask them about this, I'm very curious to see what they say.

for them, that's not even a months salary lmao

i've told them i owe around 20k...might be around 19...and they said they would take care of it...and if it's something they are not telling me, then i would see it in the monthly payments...you cant disregard 8k...when they "payoff" the car, it gets added to the new price (like you said) and your monthly payments go up...we'll see what happens when the time comes

why wait for winter?...slap some winter tires on it and call it a day lmao...i'll keep an eye out for you when winters over

I didn't mean them i meant like an employee. That's a fiesta they are pretty much setting on fire in terms of money they eat.

I'm done arguing logic and math here, you are clearly getting screwed, not being told some information, or somehow doing the screwing to the tune of $12,000

you're not arguing, i know what you are saying lol...everything comes down to the monthly payments...if they are not in the 300's then i'm not getting the car....if they wanna eat $12,000 or have some way of making it up or whatever, i don't give two squats...i wouldn't sign anything unless i go over it with a fine tooth comb...

and technically, the balance goes to my dad...so it wouldn't hurt me lol, but if there was a chance of it screwing him over i wouldn't do it

What would happen given the scenario, if you used the 12k towards the car you would have one loan for 14k, and another for 20k. At 0% over 6 years thats $472/month. And dont forget property tax too! That would be around $900 for the first year.

Cant wait to see what happens

I agree with Brian...I'm a little stumped on how the dealer can make THAT good of a deal. If it's true then SWEET! But just pay attention is all and have them WRITE IT ALL DOWN.

Have them do 2nd grade addition and subtraction if need be to spell it ALLLLL out. At face value, this deal seems a little fishy.

I wish it be true for you! I'd be jelouse

Yea little fishy.

You cant take that 12 grand and use it towards the car AND take it from the negative equity you owe on the loan.

Silly dealers.
