Picked up one of these today:

You never know when you might run into a sniper with a grudge against car batteries after all

The Diehard Platinum is actually an Odyssey AGM Battery in Sears labeling. Comes with 4 years full warranty, and 100 months prorated.

Wow, a .458 huh? Overkill much? That is a big game round usually, not a battery killer lol. Anyways, that's cool, I replaced my stock one with a Bosch at ~40,000 after my factory battery crapped out.

When you roll in the circle that the windowmaker does, it happens more often then you want it to.

Put the Diehard Platinum in today. The car has NEVER started up like this with the factory batt or the Interstate replacement I got a couple years back. Barely turned the key even with the car sitting for weeks, and vrooom.... Guess that's the difference between the 590 CCA on the stock spec battery and the 880 CCA on the Platinum.

Also good: the Platinums went on sale this week for $30 off, and I was able to go back to Sears and get the difference refunded back to my card
