The comp. is awesome. I have a Kenwood DDX-6019 so I think it would be a plug and play for me. If only I had the money...

You got it, not a regular PC. It's pretty much the best way to ad gauges (customize them too) data log info and evaluate your performance mods and vehicle. We have had a few dealers use the M.1b to measure the difference from stock to modified, like adding air intake systems or exhaust. The best part is that is it actual data from the vehicle. The air intake sensor doesn't lie, nor does the Mass Air Flow, etc...

This is just the beginning. The future holds capabilities for integrating other "PC" like things, like NAVI, MP3 functions and Internet based operations, which I can't get into just yet. The point is, you won't have to buy a new M.1 to increase its functionality.

Ahh I got you now. So it's not really a PC per se, ala navigation system which plays videos or whatnot, but rather it's an output to display the cars functions, temp., etc.?

Thanks for the welcome! As for your questions, it is a computer that you can install anywhere in the vehicle. It has a cable that plugs into the OBD-II port where it gets the vehicle data. From there, it will output various video signals to display on a LCD screen. If you already have a screen in the car, chances are you can connect one and see data, like I have in my albums.
We are working on a 2din unit that will replace the factory Mustang stereo. It will have a touch screen and be an all-in-one. But for now, we can integrate with pretty much everything out there, as long as there is a video input available.
The specs are all on our website, but I'll give you a summary.
Shows data channels that no other gauge can show, like Mass Air Flow, Intake Air Temp, Ignition Timing, etc... This is really good to measure how much better that exhaust system or air intake system or any mod did.

It also data logs the 5 channels you pick on the screen. You can do power runs to see if there was any difference after a modification. It allows you to play back the data log in the car on the screen. You can also take the USB stick out and look at the data on another computer, if you wish.

Then there is the customization of it. There are 3 layouts to choose from, Datalab, Secants and Traditional, then skins to choose from and you can also pick indicator colors and gauge text colors. Many people can use these features to match their factory gauges or create something totally different.

The product can also be upgraded later, just by software downloads from our website. We plan to unlock other data channels on the Mustang to show performance enthusiasts more important things. I can't really say yet, until it has been thoroughly developed.

We are also integrating with other products out there, so you can see their data through our computer. For example, if you have an external wide band lambda or some other sensor inputs, we will integrate those to show on your LCD screen.

It is very user friendly and we don't want to force anyone into a specific brand of product or specific order of mods. We understand that there are many good companies that make similar products and just want to display the data.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey MagdenAuto, welcome to the forums! I hope you enjoy your stay here. I was wondering about the computer (or CarPC, if you will) and what its performances are. Does it fit flush into the double bin of the Mustang? What are its specs?
