My 2011 Red Candy Metallic 3.7 V6

My 2011 Red Candy Metallic 3.7 V6
Just recently bought this. Has the Premium package, standard 2.73 rear axle, and automatic transmission.
Though I have not yet modded it, I intend on adding a Magnaflow axle-back exhaust, a C&L Cold Air Intake, and a Bama custom tune. Some don't like the automatic or the 2.73, but when tested by American Muscle, it did the quarter-mile in 14.2 seconds, and that was with a launch from idle. With a better launch, a 14s stock quarter-mile is more than possible. To me, the automatic has been fast, smooth, and responsive.
I wasn't sure about the stripe, but I've grown to love it. It gets a lot of attention. Even with the stock exhaust, it sounds great.

That's exactly what I was thinking. There was one more, was the brighter red one, with no stripe and black leather, but to me it didn't really stand out. I loved the way the tan leather looked.

Yes, it is lighted. I currently have it set to red (who would've thought ) for the ambient lightning. The instrument cluster is white with a red halo.
With the testing by American Muscle, there's no doubt that this can do (stock, with 2.73) a 14s quarter-mile. In that video, it was a slow launch from idle, and was 14.2s for the quarter-mile. So it's reasonable to assume a perfect launch would yield 14s (maybe better).
The Bama custom tune (87 octane) lowered that time to 13.7s (half a second faster). A good launch (not from idle) would probably yield 13.5s.
My goal is to get down to 13s (If I can get to mid-12s, I'll be really happy), but I'm unsure as to how much mods will give me. The mods planned are these, in order. Any estimates how much much time these will give me will be greatly appreciated.
Magnaflow Street Catback Exhaust
SCT SF3 / X3 Power Flash Mustang Tuner with Custom Bama Tune (89 Octane)
combo with
C&L Cold Air Intake
SLP High Flow Catalytic Converter Kit
I admit that I have never modified a car before, and have little knowledge concerning the power and speed these will give me. I wonder if all of these together can get me down to 13s. I would prefer to get there without changing my gears. If it's not possible, though, I may end up adding:
Ford Racing 3.73 Gears
Hopefully at least then I'll be at least at 13s. My overall goal is to be down to 12s, as I plan to make more mods after this, bit by bit.
(Yes, obviously, I'm pretty committed to buying everything from American Muscle. The fact that they gave me an answer the rest of the internet could not, the stock speed of a 2.73 axle 2011 automatic v6, and that they are going to mod it more, is a big thing. I may just wait until they do the mod to get info, before I do the same mod.)
