How to get into a magazine?
#31
Because I'm a Contributing Editor at 5.0 Mustang & Super Fords Magazine. This thread has some humorous misconceptions about what it takes to get a car in the magazine. Not hatin' or anything. It's just interesting seeing it from the other side, that's all.

These pics made me think your car was already in a mag. It is very well put together, and I personally would like to read about it. Maybe the contributing editor in this thread should listen to us on if we think it is mag worthy, since we are the common folk market readers for the mag. I personally like seeing cars I can relate to, rather than over the top unlimited budget cars out of reach for most of us. Just my $.02 though.

Screw the magazine... do what I do, make movies and stick your car in that... you get a wider audience. (No offense to the mag guys in here)
While the two mustangs and one Camaro I featured in my 3 films to date are nothing special like the OP's ride... I make sure I do a "NICE" shot of the car doing something.
In my 2nd zombie film, I spent an hour just shooting "get on it" take off's with the wheels spinnging from different angles until I felt I had enough to choose from in post Production. which was about 4-5 seconds of running time.
my 2007 GT 5 speed is in this film which i shot for $5,800, and it gets some nice screen time.
