Thanx guys Yah the notch back is my favorite also. These pics are probably 5-6 years old, she's not as pretty now but still cleans up nice. Like I said I'm at the point that I'm trying to deside if I wanna keep it and restore it or sell it and find a nice clean notch. It has about a softball size hole in the driverside frame rail so I only drove it 3-4 times this past year. There is a small hole in the floor on the driverside. If I do keep it the motor and trans will come out and I'll strip the interior. Any and all rust/rot will be taken care of and it will be repainted. It'll get all new suspension, also the drum brakes will be replaced with disc brakes. I'm not sure if I wanna convert it to 5 lug or just keep it 4 lug. I'll get a 5-spd for it and the motor will be built to a 347. I've been looking on the internet to see what is out there for notch backs for sale and haven't come across to many.

I had a buddy of mine that owns his own body shop come by yesterday and take a look at the rotted frame rail, we actually noticed a small spot on the pass side that has a hole also. He said it is savable but not to wait much longer. So I'm looking at probably $1000-1500 to fix it. Also gotta have the trans tunnel fixed where the e brake handle bolts to it cause the front bolt ripped out of it!
