Nice looking ride and beautiful backdrops... Qatar looks really nice in those photos.

Can I ask if they sell Mustangs there or did you have it imported? What is the USD price for one there?

Thanks. Yes Qatar is catching up with Dubai,UAE. I'm an expat from Brunei & planning to bring it back after 3-4 years as a collector car.

Yes Ford dealers here imported the Mustang. Most fords cars sold here are US ford(F150,Fusion, etc except for the Ford Transit & Mondeo.) So far for the 2013 Ford Mustang, the dealer imported 12 of those( V6 & GT500). Only one black one here in Qatar.

I guess the price here is a bit expensive since it'a an exported version. Mine is a V6 & it comes with the 18 inch wheels, lip spoiler, "MUSTANG" side stripe & sport seats. Cost is 36k USD.It still consider OK. From what I read in Philipines- A V6 ford Mustang costs 80k Plus USD to to high tax & dealer mark up.

It does attract some attention from people & Camaro owners whenever they see us- they would rev up their engine or gives a thumps up.

That's cool... I'll be honest, I don't think I had ever heard of Brunei before your post and had to go look it up... Pictures from this website show your country to be very beautiful too, almost like a mixture of southern Asia and Arab influences... Learn something new everyday. LOL...

Congratulations on the new ride!

Haha. Not many people know where is Brunei. It's a very small country with the population of 380 000 People(150k is foreigners). The size of the country maybe is the same as one small town. Brunei population consists of Malay race , Chinese & local tribes.

Back home we drive a 90 500SL & 928. Both are hibernating.

The other Mustang in the picture is the 2012 GT500- It's still there. Nobody seems to be interested. It's still there now.

We took it 3 weeks ago with 50.4 KM on it. Now it has 1088KM. We enjoy driving it.

Very nice and congrats!
How much are they asking for the GT500?
Being half Chinese, I think I would fit in just fine. ;-)

Thanks bro.Haha. Qatar is an Arabic country. But lots of expats here from Europe, US,India & Asia. Similar to Dubai- You don't feel the Arab country

The 2012 GT500 in the pic above goes for USD45k . Not sure how much the 2013 GT500 goes for. Maybe more.

If are referring to the Grabber Blue Mustang in that pic, then I think that dealer might be mistaken... Looking at the grille and the wheels that is a regular GT, not a GT500. USD $45k is a quite a markup for a maybe $25k car here in the USA.
