Nice looking. I always liked the Pony grille, a call back to the 1966 GT grille.

That was my thinking

yes I had a 1965, 66 & 67 back in those days. So I always feel I need to upgrade it to my 2007

Nice. For whatever reason, I've been seeing a bunch of super clean 05-09 V6's around lately. Obviously adult owned. Once younger kids get their hands on them, they get destroyed in short order from hard driving, and cheesy mods.

Personally, I like the pony package fog lights better than GT's. Plus, it's staying true to what the car is vs. dressing it up like a V8. Dual exhaust is a must have on these cars too imho. I went full monty with a GT500 rear bumper, but it looked pretty good with the V6 bumper cut out for duals too.

The 17" wheels with 235/55/17's that came on the pony package are my favorite too....if you're thinking about doing wheels and tires.

Duals is the only other thing I want to do. Cannot understand why FORD didn’t put duals on them in the first place

I went with a Y pipe from Heartthrob Exhaust and GT take-off mufflers. Easy install, and has a nice "sports car" sound without being obnoxious. No drone either. I tried chambered mufflers previously, but the drone at 70mph was intolerable.

My 2006 V6 had Ford Performance cat back duals, but are no longer available. They were great.
